WORKING ARTIST'S OF VENTURA

 

This is a mixed-use facility in on the edge of downtown Ventura. Has sixty nine units of affordable housing for working artists with a community space/gallery and three courtyards to support them.  

 

In addition, there are fifteen units of supportive housing to assist recently homeless families rebound to independent living.  

 

There are also thirteen market rate condominiums to create a truly mixed-income community.  Finally, there is 6,000 sf of retail space oriented to the downtown area. 

 

The project is targeted for a silver LEED rating from the USGBC and incorporates many sustainable design features
